Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of My Visi Card (“we”, “us”, “our”), including the website at https://myvisicard.com, the dashboard, APIs we expose to your account, and digital visiting card pages. By creating an account, signing in (including with Google), or using a public card link, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

My Visi Card provides tools to create, host, and share digital visiting cards and related features such as QR codes, templates, enquiries, WhatsApp-ready links, and plan-based add-ons. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and account status.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password (or connected Google account) secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Notify us at support@myvisicard.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to publish illegal, harmful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content. Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, scrape other users’ private data, abuse registration or captcha protections, or misuse payment systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You retain rights to the text, images, and branding you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content so your cards can function. You confirm you have the rights to publish what you upload and that public card details may be viewed by anyone with the link or QR code.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans renew according to the option you select at checkout. Prices and taxes shown at purchase apply. Failure to pay may limit or suspend public cards and dashboard access. Optional physical products (for example NFC cards), if offered, are subject to the terms shown at checkout for that order.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and third-party outages (hosting, payment gateways, Google sign-in) may occur.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Visi Card is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
