This Privacy Policy explains how My Visi Card collects and uses information when you visit https://myvisicard.com, create an account, sign in with Google, or publish a digital visiting card.
1. Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email, and password hashes (or identifiers from Google Sign-In when you choose that option).
- Billing-related information processed by payment providers when you subscribe.
- Card content you choose to publish (contact details, photos, links, text).
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device data, and approximate usage analytics needed to run and secure the service.
- Messages you send through contact or enquiry forms.
2. How we use information
We use data to provide the product, authenticate users (including Google OAuth), process subscriptions, improve reliability, prevent abuse and spam registrations, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Public cards
Anything you place on a public card can be viewed by anyone with the link or QR code. Only publish details you are comfortable sharing worldwide.
4. Sharing
We may share data with infrastructure, email, analytics, and payment providers who help us operate the service, and when required by law. Google receives authentication data if you use Google Sign-In, under Google’s policies. Those providers process data under their own terms and security controls.
5. Retention
We keep account and card data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups, disputes, or legal obligations.
6. Your choices
You can update or delete card content from the dashboard. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, email support@myvisicard.com from your registered address.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure. Protect your login credentials and enable available account protections.
8. International users
My Visi Card is offered to users worldwide. Your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate. By using the service you understand that transfers may occur subject to applicable law.
